I can’t make all the dates can I still book onto a session?
I am afraid we can only accredit your learning if you have attended all the parts for the workshop – as missing some of the delivery will mean missing some of the learning content. This is included as part of the terms and conditions of the booking.
If you cannot change your plans, there are a few options:
- Transfer your place to someone else you know – you can do this yourself via the Manage Booking option on HockeyHub (click on the three horizontal dots and select to Transfer Booking – then enter the email for the person who you wish to transfer the booking to)
- Transfer your place to another similar workshop – if you wish to do this, please just email and let us know which new event you would like to be moved to.
- Request a Cancellation and Refund – though please note that this is subject to our Cancellation Policy (which can be accessed via the Manage Booking options on HockeyHub) and will include some sort of administration fee as a minimum. The Cancellation can be requested using the relevant option on HockeyHub if you wish to go down this route.
