My booking appears to not be showing the member price - what should I do?
Our systems can take up to 48 hours to update each other, so this could be a reason for your membership price not yet showing - please do not pay at the higher rate, instead email coaching@greatbritainhockey.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
The other possible reason is because your discount only applies for the period in which you are a member eg. the event you are trying to book on to is after when your current membership renews. Again, please do not pay at the higher price - email coaching@greatbritainhockey.co.uk and we will help you resolve the issue.
