Do I get any initial training if I decide to become a Technical Official?

Yes! All newcomers to Technical Officiating go through a “Two Step” programme to give them confidence in understanding the duties undertaken by a Technical Official. Once completed, further support through a mentoring programme, interactive learning opportunities through the HockeyHub and annual briefings are available for people to interact with other Technical Officials and share best practice to increase your enjoyment of being a Technical Official.
