Berkswell & Balsall Common HC: Men's Coach

 We are Berkswell and Balsall Common hockey club and We are looking for a passionate, driven and experienced head coach to lead our men's hockey teams into its next chapter of success.

We are a competitive and committed club with 3 men's teams, 2 women's and a thriving junior team. Our men's teams play across various levels within the midlands league.

 Our men’s sides play in the following leagues: 

• Mens 1 play div 4 east
• Mens 2s play div 6
• Mens 3s play div 8

Our training sessions are 19:00-20:30 on a Wednesday evening at Warwick university Astro pitches w/c 8th September.

You'll be responsible for:

• leading engaging high quality training sessions.
• developing player skills and overall team performance.
• creating game strategies and making sharp in game decisions.
• fostering a positive, respectful and motivating environment.

About you:
The ideal candidate will be Level 2 qualified, or have significant coaching experience across a range of adult abilities, and will have previously set session plans for a hockey club. 

You will be friendly, personable, and a great communicator, and able to motivate players.  

Remuneration will be dependent on experience
