Brighton & Hove HC is seeking an Assistant Coach to support the Men’s 1st XI for the upcoming season. This role is designed for a high-level player looking to transition into performance coaching or an ambitious coach seeking experience in a competitive league environment. This is open to applicants looking to be a coach or player coach.
The Role
Training: Support with technical and tactical units during midweek evening sessions. 7pm - 9pm Tuesday & Thursday 7:30pm-9pm
Match Days: Provide support and tactical input during Saturday fixtures.
Development: Work alongside the Head Coach to implement playing philosophies and continue to support our strong junior performance pathway.
Requirements
Playing Experience: High-level playing background (National League or Tier 1 Regional preferred).
Coaching: Minimum Level 1 (Sessional) qualification, or a commitment to achieving it.

Location: Blatchington Mill School, Brighton.
Remuneration: Competitive package.
Start Date: Pre-season (August).
