Age Group Lead Coach

Bromley & Beckenham HC are a club based in South East London, with a growing junior section. 

We are looking to provide as many of our age groups with professional coaching sessions as we can. We have seen the reward of this in the last few seasons with continued junior development, strong junior performances of our juniors in adult teams and National & London competition successes.

Age Group Coaches Required

From U6s all the way up to U18s, we have opportunities to take a leading role of a preferred age group. 

There will be an expectation of 1.5 hours of coaching a week (minimum), from U6s-U16s, with attendance at fixtures and competitions. U18s are cup only sides, with training sessions currently being on a flexi basis.

There will be the opportunity to have added hours through the week with midweek sessions, and possibility of private sessions.

You will be supported both on-pitch with experienced volunteers and off-pitch with team managers who will take care of all the admin/communications. You will need to support them with team selections, and training registers. Sessions will need to be planned and appropriate for the age group, and goals of the group.

Support will also be provided by our Director of Junior Hockey, who you will be working closely with on a weekly basis.
