Brooklands HC: Women's 1st Team Coach & Club Coach

Brooklands HC is looking to hire coaches for their Women's 1st Team and also a Club Coach for the Women's 2s & 3s (that would attend games with the 2nd team on Saturdays). 

On the back of a successful season for each of the womens teams, we'd like to continue to build momentum and bring in new talent to the club. 

For both of the coaches, we'd love someone who can:

• Plan and organise training sessions in advance, with clear aims to develop players and the squad as a whole.
• Have a clear game plan, catering sessions to the opposition we'll be playing or how the previous game went.
• Be able to attend all/the majority of our matches (particularly crucial for 1st Team coach).
• Support players in their development, creating development plans where necessary.
• Fit in well to the positive and supportive team environment.
• Work well together as coaches to support player development and provide consistency throughout the club.

Qualifications:

• Have previous coaching experience at a similar level.
• Hold the relevant coaching certifications (e.g., Level 2 or equivalent, safeguarding, first aid etc).
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Work well with players of all ages and abilities.
