Club Coacj

Camberley and Farnborough Hockey Club. 

Here at C&F HC we currently run 3 Mens teams and 4 Womens teams on a Saturday, with juniors ranging from u8- u16 training and playing matches on a Sunday. 

The Club is currently seeking coaches to help fill various roles across the Men’s and Ladies sections: 

Men's Lead Coach - Coach a Men’s team on a Wednesday evening with attendance at games where possible on a Saturday. 

Women's Lead Coach - Coach Women’s 1st team and create a performance environment within the club.

Women’s 2nd Team Coach - coach our newly promoted 2nd XI.   They have been promoted into the same league as our 1st XI so some organising between the coaches and Captains needed. 

Key Responsibilities:

Training Sessions: 

Mens: Wednesday: 7:30pm-9:30 

Ladies: Tuesday:  6:45-8pm or 7:45-9pm
Game Days: attendance is not always required but some Saturday attendance would be positive to see the team and guide them in gameplay. 
Player Development: Focus on building a brand of hockey that will be played throughout the club. Helping players transition through teams as they develop.
Team selection: The Lead Coach will be involved in selection of the 1st and 2nd team squads and work with the other Coaches  and Captains for selections.
