M1 National League Coach

Chelmsford Hockey Club Men's 1s, part of EHL Conference East, are looking for a new coach to drive development and performance in one of the best leagues in the country.

Our M1 are keen for more, they want to play to the highest standard and they want to have expert, modern coaching. This is our third season back in National League, having been 3rd in Conference Midlands before moving to Conference East. 

This is a paid role and we are looking for someone with the level of experience, expertise and qualification that would be expected in National League, but particularly in Conference East, known to be one of the hardest leagues.

The role

M1 are currently in EHL Conference East, and a new coach would be able to drive us to success with a view of Div South.
 
Weekday evening and match day coaching is required.

Experience and Requirements

Experience of performance feedback and game analysis using video and tech.

National league experience preferred but regional prem considered.

Record of success and ability to build a team.

Experience of bringing juniors into performance hockey using modern coaching techniques.

Appropriate qualifications are required, e.g. ACP, Level 2, Sessional.

A DBS check, safeguarding training and a first aid certificate will be required.
