Due to our unprecedented growth and success, we are seeking a passionate and ambitious Lead U14 Girls Quality Coach to join our coaching structure.

The Opportunity to Build a National Contender
 

This is not a general coaching role—it's an opportunity to set the standard and shape the future. You will take the reins of our exceptionally high-potential U14 Girls squad, a group brimming with potential, outstanding individual talent, and infectious team spirit.

Under the direct mentorship of our Director of Hockey, Double Olympian and globally recognized coach, Calum Giles, you will be empowered to:

• Design and deliver an innovative, challenging program that stretches our A Team toward Tier 1 National Competition standards.
• Implement a robust development pathway for our B Team, ensuring every player receives the highest quality coaching and maximizes their potential.
• Lead the transition of our highly-rated current U12s, positioning the U14s for an incredibly strong, nationally competitive squad in 2026.
• Operate with the freedom and autonomy to implement your coaching vision, while benefiting from the structured support and tactical insight of our DoH.

  Venue: All training and home fixtures take place at the outstanding facilities at Worth School. Teams compete in the competitive Southeast Area Junior leagues.
