Head Coach - Junior Section

We are looking for a strategic Junior Hockey Head Coach to lead the development and growth of our junior hockey programme.

This role will focus on improving the quality of coaching delivery, developing clear coaching structures, and expanding participation through outreach.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping both the current and future direction of the junior section, particularly as the club plans for new facilities within the next three years.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of junior coaching sessions
• Design and oversee a coaching programme for volunteer coaches
• Recruit, support, and develop junior coaches
• Improve the quality and consistency of coaching delivery
• Support the growth of the club’s junior and outreach programmes

About You

• Passionate about junior hockey development
• Experience coaching juniors and supporting other coaches
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Holds (or is working towards) a recognised coaching qualification
