What is an EHO Tutor?

An EHO Tutor is:

  • A facilitator of officiating learning and development
  • A key messenger in promoting a shared language across the officiating community
  • An engaging educator who can deliver interactive workshops and courses
  • A strong communicator who builds rapport with learners
  • Someone who models integrity, ambition, focus, and inspiration
  • A person with an understanding of how learning happens

What You'll Do

  • Facilitate inclusive, practical, and enjoyable learning environments
  • Use engaging activities and group discussions to encourage learning and reflection
  • Create meaningful learning opportunities that inspire officials to improve
  • Maintain accurate records and support course administration
  • Provide feedback and guidance tailored to officials’ needs and environments
  • Attend tutor training and course development events to help keep the course up to date and engaging for learners
  • Promote peer learning and long-term communities of practice
