From recruiting staff and supporting the events team to providing development opportunities, we are building the team that will deliver the biggest and boldest EuroChamps in history - and you could be right at the heart of it.

The Role
Working closely with the Head of People, you will provide an efficient administration service across the employee lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in supporting an inclusive, high-performing culture and creating a fantastic experience for our team. Key focus areas include:

  • Build the Team: Supporting the end-to-end hiring process for staff from vacancies to inductions.
  • Champion Inclusion: Supporting our EDI Advisory Group, managing the inclusion mailbox, and collaborating with the Communications team to share our diversity and inclusion stories.
  • Enable Success: Maintaining accurate HR data and our Learning & Development platform to ensure the team has the tools to deliver.

Why Join Us?

You will gain broad HR exposure within a supportive team during an incredibly exciting period for the sport. This role offers high visibility and the chance to make a real impact alongside:

  • True Work-Life Harmony: A flexible part-time schedule and generous holiday allowance that respects your commitments outside of work.
  • Valuable Exposure: The opportunity to work across a wide range of HR areas within a National Governing Body during an exciting period for the sport.

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative team player who is:

  • Organised & Accurate: You take pride in the details and high-quality work.
  • Curious & Proactive: A problem-solver who enjoys finding the best way to get things done.
  • Trusted & Discreet: An approachable professional who understands the importance of confidentiality.
  • Culturally Sensitive: You value inclusion and enjoy working with a diverse range of people.

This opportunity is well-suited to a recent graduate looking to launch an HR career, a professional returning to work after a break, or anyone seeking a meaningful, high-profile project to balance alongside other commitments.
