Men's Performance Coach/Player Coach

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic coach or player/coach who will be responsible for men's performance squad training sessions (x1 weekly session) and attending 1st XI matches.

We are a welcoming and friendly club with aspirations to return to Midlands Premier Division.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong tactical awareness and the ability to motivate experienced adult and talented junior players.

You will be expected to provide constructive feedback and set clear objectives at training and matches.

This is a paid role. Rate to be agreed dependent on coaching qualifications and experience.

There is also the opportunity for the role to include coaching roles/links with our Sutton Coldfield Hockey Club Talent Academy.

Qualifications
Previous coaching experience at a similar or higher level.
Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g Level 2 or equivalent, safeguarding, first aid etc.)
