USA Hockey Summer Camp Coach

Dates: 11th July – 14/15th August 2025
Location: East Coast, USA

Next Level Coaching is seeking enthusiastic and motivated volunteer coaches to join our summer field hockey camps across the East Coast of the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your coaching experience, travel, and be part of an international hockey environment.

Coaches will work alongside experienced staff to deliver engaging and enjoyable sessions for junior players, gaining valuable on-field experience and leadership skills in a supportive team setting. We believe in a community-driven coaching approach that inspires confidence, fosters enjoyment, and ensures every player feels supported in their development.

Requirements:

- Minimum England Hockey Level 1 Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong playing or coaching background
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to providing an excellent player experience. 
- Wants to work as part of a team and is comfortable spending 5 weeks with new people and getting involved in the day-to-day outside of coaching. 
- Working 20hours coaching per average week + other reasonable requirements, some weeks with occasional evening sessions and potentially part of an overnight camp team.
- A driving license is desirable

Support Provided:

- Return flights and in-country travel (including car transport)
- Accommodation organised for the duration of the trip
- Some meals are provided (many coaches stay with host families)
- £150pw to support living costs
