Yate HC: Men's 1st Team Coach

Yate Hockey Club is a vibrant and inclusive club based at Yate Outdoor Sports Complex. YOSC is recognised as one of the best facilities in the area, with a clubhouse adjacent to the pitch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced coach for our Men's 1st team, who train at YOSC on Wednesday evenings from 7.00pm-9.00pm. Our M1 are currently in Division 2 West and are pushing for promotion having finished in the top 3 for the last 3 seasons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, organise and develop an effective training program.

Attend some matches (to be agreed).

Use video analysis to identify areas of development for individuals and the team.

Liaise with the 2nd team coach to highlight players that could benefit from training with the 1st team.

Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Previous coaching experience at a similar level or above is desirable.

Ideally L2, but would consider a L1.

RATE OF PAY : negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
