Jonny Sturch-Hibbitt, a University of Exeter alumnus who took up hockey at 11 after following in his father's footsteps through a Wimbledon HC camp, previously represented England at the EuroHockey Junior Championships and GB at the Sultan of Johor Cup at U21 level.
He made his senior England debut during the 2024-25 FIH Hockey Pro League in India, making an instant impact by setting up goals in his opening appearances. He was added to Great Britain's centralised programme in early 2025.
Sturch-Hibbitt has continued to train alongside the senior England squad while also featuring for the England U21 side, bringing senior experience to the group and being part of preparations for the 2026 FIH World Cup.
