Mila represented England from U16 level right up to the U21s, while becoming the youngest player ever to play in the EHL Premier Division at the age of 15.
Mila earned her first call-up to the senior England programme in February 2024. She graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Modern Languages with Business that June — she can speak English, Spanish and Russian — shortly before stepping up to full-time training. She made her senior debut on 30 November 2024, and has continued to develop behind the senior goalkeeping group heading into the 2026 World Cup cycle.
