AGM Updates And Voting Results
On Tuesday 16 March, England Hockey held their 2021 AGM. Under the current Covid19 restrictions, the AGM was once again held electronically and the England Hockey Board were delighted that over 250 members joined the meeting, many more than have traditionally attended the physical meeting. With the challenges faced over the course of the season and with significant proposed changes being put to the membership, the England Hockey Board welcomes the engagement and contributions from so many across the sport.
Ahead of the meeting, in line with the England Hockey Articles of Association, a postal vote was held to elect a Member Elected Non-Executive Director and a female Vice President. Announced at the AGM, we are delighted to welcome Shelagh Everett as our new MENED, and Dawn Bonner as our new Vice President.
The business of the meeting included the items listed below, along with the results of the member vote.
