New Partners For England Hockey League Coverage

England Hockey are pleased to confirm that we will be working with three partners to help enhance our coverage of the England Hockey Leagues this season.

Our weekly match previews and feature interviews will be produced by The Hockey Paper, led by highly-respected hockey journalist Rod Gilmour. We hope that this will further increase the quality of coverage and insight into the England Hockey Leagues.

Weekend results and League round-ups covering all divisions will be written by Sportsbeat, one of the industry’s prominent news services. They will also assist with syndicating coverage to external media outlets, with the aim of reaching more supporters across the country. Sportsbeat have very close contacts with a number of local media publications across England and we will look to harness those to gain more coverage for the EHL and its clubs.

Video highlights will be produced by our Galvanised Hockey; one of the leading names in hockey video production and our long-term partner. Their expertise and passion for the game are unsurpassed in this area.

Announcing these partnerships has taken longer than England Hockey would have liked, and it has meant that video highlights were unavailable from the first weeks of the season. This will be rectified as of next week with match highlights from this weekend and a recap of key action so far.

Looking further ahead, England Hockey are working with GB Sport Media to provide an exciting new future platform for both Olympic and Paralympic sports. More news to follow in due course.
