Hannah Martin

Martin has quickly made a name for herself with her speed, trickery and goals in her first year in international hockey.

Helping England to EuroHockey bronze by scoring in their 2-0 win over Germany was her moment of 2017 and she went on to impress again during the World League Finals.

Martin first picked up hockey while in year four at Ipswich School and once she got going there was no stopping her.

Hockey is clearly something that runs in the family as her brother Harry represented Team GB at London 2012 and Rio 2016.

She won a European Championships Under-18 bronze medal before claiming the same colour with Team GB at the 2013 Australian Youth Olympic Festival.
