Ladies 1st team Coach, Havering Hockey Club

Ladies 1st and 2nd Team coach/ player coach required from Summer 2024.

Havering Hockey Club is based in Hornchurch, Essex and consists of 4 Ladies and 4 Men's sides plus a developing Junior section. It is a 20 minute train journey from central London, with trains coming from both Fenchurch Street and Liverpool Street stations. 

Havering Ladies will be playing in Division 2 South East next season and are looking for someone with new ideas to take them back to Division 1 South and hopefully further. 

We can offer a great pitch at Campion school for training and home matches, video technology, enthusiastic players and competetive pay which can be discussed at interview. You will be contracted to the club on a self-employed basis. 

The role will include:-

Planning and delivering a 2 hour training session on a Tuesday evening (19:30-21:30)

Attendance at Ladies first team matches (predominantly on a Saturday).

Post match analysis using video technology (provided) and feedback to the team and individuals.

Providing guidance on personal development for both skills and fitness. 

We welcome applications from coaches or player coaches who have the right to work in the UK, with a minimum Level 2/ Sessional Coach qualification and relevant experience for the role, including up-to-date first aid qualification.
