Wapping Hockey Club is seeking an experienced Head Coach to take its junior section to the next level.

Started in 2016, Wapping Kidds was the first inner London hockey club for school age children. It has around 100 children playing each week and is a key part of Wapping HC’s mission of access and inclusion.

We have a mixed U8 team, boys and girls U10, U12 and U14 teams, and a boys development team that plays in the adult London league. There are currently two Kidds’ training sessions a week (Fri 18:00-19:30, U14+, and Sat 9:30-11:00, U8-U12) but we’re considering moving the Friday night session to another night.

Our junior players are loads of fun and achieving excellent results so we want to give them the very best we can. As part of this, we’re restructuring the organisation to register the junior section as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation which should allow us to transform our funding strategy and take them to the next level.
