Back to Hockey sessions are fun, social and informal and aimed at people who are new to the sport or just not played for a number of years.

Since launching launch more than 325 clubs have delivered Back to Hockey sessions with over 70% of these clubs growing their membership. With Circa 20,000 players have taken part in a Back to Hockey session and 85% players telling us they want to continue playing hockey as a result.

How to get your club involved
To support clubs and the work with Vitality, England Hockey have invested in an online management system that allows clubs to manage and promote their Back to Hockey sessions. Aimed at the participants of the Back To Hockey programme this fun day out will be a hive of hockey activity with a relaxed festival.
