How do I refer a Disrepute Complaint?

If you wish to send a Disrepute Complaint, please complete a Disrepute Incident form and send it to the Disrepute Complaints Inbox. Disrepute Complaints must be in writing and received by England Hockey’s Head of Governance within 14 days of the conduct complained of, provided that, where the Disrepute Complaint concerns a series of similar incidents or a course of conduct, the period of 14 days shall run from the date of the last act or omission alleged to be part of the series of incidents or course of conduct alleged to be a Disrepute Offence. A Disrepute Complaint may, in exceptional circumstances, be considered after 14 days.  The Disrepute Incident Form can be found on our Disrepute Complaints page here.
