University of Exeter alumnus Ben Fox made his senior England debut on 19 February 2025 during the Men's FIH Pro League fixture against India, having progressed through the England and Great Britain U21 age groups since 2022 — including representing England at the EuroHockey Junior Championships and GB at the Sultan of Johor Cup at U21 level.
He was added to Great Britain's centralised programme later that year and continued to feature for England through the 2025/26 season in the build-up to the FIH World Cup, adding to his cap tally in the Pro League.
