Martha was named in the GB training squad for 2022, having previously been selected for the England U21 squad that was due to compete at the 2021 Junior World Cup before the tournament was postponed. She made her senior England debut during the 2021–22 FIH Hockey Pro League and won her first Great Britain cap in December 2022 on the tour of Argentina, playing three of four matches.
The University of Exeter forward has continued to add to her caps through the Paris 2024 Olympic cycle and into the current squad.
