Alice made her senior England debut against China in the FIH Hockey Pro League in December 2024, playing in all four matches — having progressed through the England U18 and U23 age groups after being selected for the U23 squad at just eighteen, and made 15 appearances for the England Development Squad prior to her call-up.
She has continued to add to her caps through the 2025 Pro League season as part of the next generation of England's midfield options.
