Lottie made her senior England debut in 2024 at the FIH Hockey Pro League. On only her second senior appearance, that December, she scored twice — including a spectacular reverse-stick finish — in a 3-1 win over Belgium, earning her first two senior goals and a Player of the Match award. She has since earned seven caps.
The University of Birmingham student was the youngest player in David Ralph's squad at the time and has continued to build her international career since, having previously represented England's U21s at the 2023 Junior World Cup in Chile and won bronze at the 2024 EuroHockey U21 Championship.
