Katie made her senior England debut in July 2023 at an invitational tournament in Spain. That performance led to a further call-up in 2025 for the FIH Hockey Pro League. The University of Nottingham graduate was elevated to full-time status within the senior programme in December 2024, alongside nine other new additions to the Great Britain squad, and featured in all four matches of the 2024–25 FIH Pro League.
She continued to build her cap tally through the 2025 season, including a match-winning assist against Ireland in December 2025.
