Flora was selected for her first senior England squad in February 2022, the same month she was confirmed in the GB training squad, having previously played for England at youth level and spent two-and-a-half years playing club hockey for HDM in the Netherlands.
She made her senior debut that February and, despite missing that summer's World Cup through injury, played a decisive creative role — setting up both goals — as England won a historic Commonwealth Games gold in Birmingham.
She went on to represent Great Britain at the Paris 2024 Olympics and reached 50 England caps during a Pro League tour of China, where she co-captained the side. She has since been confirmed as co-captain of the England women's team, alongside Lily Walker, for the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup squad.
